What we collect

Account details (name, email), your business information, and the conversations, calls and bookings your customers have with your receptionist. We also record technical logs to keep the service secure and reliable.

How we use it

Only to provide the service: answering your customers, showing you your inbox, improving your receptionist with your approval, billing and support. We never sell personal data.

AI providers

Messages are processed by AI models through providers we contract with. We do not allow providers to train their models on your data where that option exists.

Where data is stored

Business data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt). Some processors may handle data elsewhere under appropriate safeguards.

Your rights

You can access, export or delete your data at any time, and your customers can ask you to delete theirs. Contact us and we will help within 30 days.
