Invite a team member
Open Team, choose Add member, and send an invitation to the teammate's email address. Pending invitations reserve a team seat so plan limits remain predictable.

Understand team limits
Free supports 2 team members, Starter 3, Basic 5, Pro 15, and Growth 50. Upgrade or remove an unused member before inviting someone when the workspace has reached its limit.

Review roles and notification routing
Use the Team page to review member access and notification routing. Remove access promptly when someone no longer works with the business.
