By using LeadCeleris (leadceleris.com and app.leadceleris.com), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service description
LeadCeleris provides AI-powered messaging automation for business sales. Features include auto-reply, lead qualification, bookings, orders, and team inbox management.
Accounts & billing
You are responsible for your account credentials. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Free plan limits apply as described on our pricing page. Promotional offers (e.g. 3-month Growth trial) expire on stated dates.
Acceptable use
You may not use LeadCeleris for spam, illegal activity, or messaging without proper consent. You must comply with WhatsApp Business Policy and applicable Meta platform terms.
Limitation of liability
LeadCeleris is provided "as is". We are not liable for lost revenue, missed messages, or third-party platform outages. AI responses should be reviewed; you remain responsible for customer communications.
