The service

These terms are an agreement between you and LeadCeleris, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. LeadCeleris lets you create an AI receptionist that answers customers on your behalf across the channels you connect. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the information you give your receptionist, for having the right to message your customers, and for following each channel’s rules (for example WhatsApp’s Business Policy).

AI disclosure

Your receptionist tells customers it is an AI assistant. Do not remove this where the law requires it.

Test connections

The WhatsApp QR test connection is unofficial and intended for testing only. WhatsApp may restrict numbers that automate chats. Use the official connection for real customers.

Plans and offers

Free plans stay free. Promotional plans end automatically and move you to Free unless you choose to upgrade. You can cancel paid plans at any time.

Liability

The service is provided as is. We work hard to keep it reliable but cannot guarantee it is error-free. Review important details (prices, bookings) and keep human oversight.
