In Dashboard → Knowledge Base, paste your store or business URL. LeadCeleris crawls public pages and extracts products, FAQs, and contact info.

Re-scan after major catalog updates so the AI stays current.

Add manual content

Upload PDFs, paste policy text, or add product cards one by one. Use clear titles so the AI can match customer questions to the right answer.

Test before going live
