How lead scoring works

LeadCeleris scores conversations based on buying signals: budget mentions, urgency, product questions, and visit or booking intent.

Hot leads get flagged in your inbox and can trigger notifications to your team.

Step 2

Set custom qualification rules

Dashboard → AI Settings → Qualification. Add criteria like minimum order value, service area, or required answers before marking a lead hot.

  • Ecommerce: cart value, COD vs prepaid, delivery city
  • Services: appointment type, budget range, timeline
  • Local stores: visit intent, product in stock questions

Step 3

Work leads from the inbox

Filter by Hot, Warm, or Cold. Take over any thread, add notes, and assign to team members. Resume AI when the human follow-up is done.
