Step 1

Enable follow-ups

Dashboard → Automation → Follow-ups. Toggle on smart reminders. The AI detects time-based phrases and schedules a message without you setting a manual task.

Step 2

Follow-up sequences

Create sequences for common scenarios: abandoned cart, no reply after quote, post-visit thank you, or appointment reminder 24 hours before.

  • Delay: send after 2 hours, 1 day, or 3 days
  • Stop if customer replies — no duplicate nagging
  • Max 3 touches per thread unless customer re-engages

Step 3

Appointment and callback capture

When a customer picks a slot, LeadCeleris saves it to your dashboard and optionally syncs to Google Calendar. See the Google Calendar integration guide for setup.
