Add web chat to your website

Dashboard → Integrations → Web Chat → Copy embed code. Paste before the closing </body> tag on your site, or use our Shopify app if you run a storefront.

Set brand color, welcome message, and business hours. Offline hours show a callback form instead of live AI chat.

Open your site in an incognito window and send a test message. It should appear in Dashboard → Inbox within seconds with an AI reply.
