Before you start
You need a WhatsApp Business account (not personal WhatsApp). Meta Business verification is recommended for higher message limits.
- Active WhatsApp Business phone number
- Admin access to Meta Business Manager (optional but recommended)
- LeadCeleris account on Growth plan or above for full WhatsApp API features

Connect in the dashboard
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Integrations → WhatsApp. Click Connect and scan the QR code with your WhatsApp Business app.
Once connected, status shows as Active. Send a test message to your business number to confirm AI auto-reply is working.

Common setup issues
If the QR expires, refresh and scan again within 60 seconds. If messages don't appear in the inbox, confirm AI is toggled ON in channel settings.
