Dashboard → Automation → Follow-ups. Toggle on smart reminders. The AI detects time-based phrases and schedules a message without you setting a manual task.

Follow-up sequences
Create sequences for common scenarios: abandoned cart, no reply after quote, post-visit thank you, or appointment reminder 24 hours before.
- Delay: send after 2 hours, 1 day, or 3 days
- Stop if customer replies — no duplicate nagging
- Max 3 touches per thread unless customer re-engages
