Overview

Musa Bukhari is a software engineer and founder of LeadCeleris. Before building AI sales tools for WhatsApp-first markets, he spent years helping 19 Canadian startups ship production platforms — fitness apps, job marketplaces, AI-powered hiring systems, creator hubs, B2B energy optimization dashboards, and enterprise single sign-on stacks. That range taught him one thing: small teams win when software handles the repetitive work and humans close the deals.

The idea for LeadCeleris came from a real project — a WhatsApp multi-instance AI chatbot built for a local client. It handled 100+ daily Meta ad leads, filtered window shoppers, rated and tagged leads, managed orders and bookings, supported image and voice messages, ran a real-time inbox, and answered product questions from a RAG knowledge base. Meta launched competing tools right before delivery and killed the deal. The product was closer to a mini-CRM than what Meta offered: multi-number support, CMS customization, third-party API integrations, and human escalation when AI hit its limits. That architecture became the blueprint for LeadCeleris.

Musa writes about product vision, WhatsApp automation strategy, and what it takes to turn conversational commerce into revenue without enterprise complexity.
